SUBMISSION GUIDELINES
All papers submitted to ICAICTA2023 must be original. Submissions cannot have been published or accepted in a journal or conference proceedings, nor presented at another conference. Further, submissions must not be concurrently under consideration for publication or presentation elsewhere.
Paper submissions are 6 (six) pages maximum. They will be published in the proceedings and one of the authors is required to present the work in the conference.
Papers must be written in English and use standard IEEE two-column conference templates provided below. Only PDF files will be accepted for the review process.

We will follow a double-blind review process. All paper submission PDFs must be ANONYMOUS and without author affiliations.
